This landmark event has unequivocally showcased the transformative journey of India's automotive and mobility ecosystem, positioning our nation as a global leader in sustainable mobility.
Vision and Leadership
Prime Minister Narendra Modi set an ambitious tone with his inspiring inaugural address, emphasizing India's unwavering commitment to green mobility and energy storage. He announced a ₹18,000 crore PLI scheme for advanced chemistry cell battery storage and a ₹1 lakh crore investment in research and innovation within the mobility sector. PM Modi's vision of the 'Seven Cs' — Common, Connected, Convenient, Congestion-free, Charged, Clean, and Cutting-edge — perfectly encapsulates India's strategic roadmap for the future of mobility.
Under the visionary leadership of Commerce & Industries Minister Piyush Goyal, the expo highlighted the government's dedication to transforming India into a global mobility hub.
Expo Highlights
Scale and Reach: Spanning an impressive 200,000 square meters, the expo attracted over 800,000 visitors and featured 1,500+ exhibitors from around the world, making it one of the largest mobility events globally.

Innovative Launches: Toyota introduced its latest hybrid models tailored for the Indian market. Hero MotoCorp launched a new line of electric two-wheelers. Tata Motors showcased the Harrier EV and the Avinya concept.

Bharat Battery Show 2025: A Powerhouse of Innovation
The Bharat Battery Show, launched under the visionary leadership of Debi Prasad Dash, President of IESA, was a cornerstone of the expo. With over 100 exhibitors & partners, the show highlighted cutting-edge battery technologies and storage solutions, attracting more than 10,000 visitors on its opening day alone.

Key Announcements from IESA Members: Amararaja Batteries introduced its giga corridor plan. Epsilon Advanced Materials, LICO Materials, and Replus showcased advancements in ACC battery manufacturing.
Advancements in Charging Infrastructure
TATA Power EZ Charge displayed its expansive network of over 5,500 public chargers across 550 cities. Kazam launched the LEVDC fast charger. Multiple companies presented innovative battery swapping and charging solutions.
Leadership and Collaboration: Debi Prasad Dash & IESA
Under the exemplary leadership of Debi Prasad Dash, IESA has been instrumental in elevating India's energy storage and e-mobility ecosystem. The successful launch of the Bharat Battery Show under his guidance has created a vital platform for collaboration.

Industry Engagement and Global Participation
The expo witnessed participation from 13 global markets, with around 200 product unveils and 90+ launches in the first two days.
Impact and Future Outlook
The Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025's success, marked by over 800,000 visitors and 90+ launches, validates India's burgeoning prominence in the global mobility sector. The government is considering making this expo an annual event.
