Within a year since it's launch, Eco Lumen™ received great acclaim from various organizations in the field of energy management as well as Information Technology.

It has received a 4 star rating from ZDNet, USA which indicates 'a very good program, with some outstanding features'. It received a 5 star rating from Two Cows, another internet based software distribution website. Eco Lumen was the only Asian software to be selected for the LightBytes 2001 workshop at the Light Fair International 2001conference at Las vegas, US.

Eco Lumen™ was featured in various energy management related publications including Energy Productivity News (the international newsletter of 'Council of Energy Efficiency Companies'), the 'Bulletin of Energy Efficiency' (the IREDA newsletter) and the CADDET (Centres for the Analysis and Dissemination of Demonstrated Energy Technologies) newsletter.

I also won the Computer Society of India's Young IT Professional 2000 award where Eco Lumen was adjudged on various criteria including innovation, quality,
and customer satisfaction.

Unfortunately by end of 2002 Tata Infotech decided to close all it's product initiatives, and Eco Lumen development was also closed. I hope that some day Eco Lumen will inspire other professionals to develop a comprehensive product suite for energy industry. It was my dream, and I hope to get back to it someday soon.
