The Last Solar Eclipse of the Millennium

Since the beginning of the photographic era, every nature lover has been trying to capture the best celestial show on the earth : the Total Solar Eclipse.

Here are some selected snaps of the last Total Solar Eclipse of this millennium, which occurred on 11th August 1999.

These photographs were taken at Vadsar Bridge, near Vadodara in Gujarat state of India.

At Vadodara, the eclipse began at 16:56:58
Totality started at 18:01:03
Duration of Totality :- 63 seconds
Totality ended at 18:02:06
Eclipse ended at 18:59:30
